Is there a way to push the RNA-seq and WGS data from Synapse to a NAS server directly?

Beside Synapse clients, I want to know if there are other methods to download or push the data to my personal server. Hello, I'm not sure I understand the question. You can use one of the Synapse clients to download data to where ever you wish (http://docs.synapse.org/articles/downloading_data.html). Specifically, use the `downloadLocation` parameter to the `get` command to specify the location (http://docs.synapse.org/articles/downloading_data.html#download-location).
