while uploading documents for profile validation I have uploaded 1 wrong document how can I delete and re-upload my documents.

When you are the upload section of the profile validation tool, you should see a list of the document(s) that you've already uploaded, with a little check box to the left of each document. Check the box of the document you'd like to remove, and then click the trash can icon. This should remove the document from your list and you can upload the correct one.
