Slow speed downloading raw RNAseq data

@limingkiz posted the following to the PsychENCODE discussion forum "speed is very very slow about downloading PsychENCODE raw RNAseq data from three day ago, the raw data of RNAseq of PsychENCODE cannot been doawload . Is s3.amazonaws.com error? I am download data from china." Can someone please investigate
