Unfortunately, it seems you've encountered a bug in Synapse -- both of those files have commas in the "download name", which is a known issue. If you have the ability to rename or request a rename, this can be solved; the root cause is how our system handles files with different characters in their names. This issue is tracked here: https://sagebionetworks.jira.com/browse/PLFM-3607 and has recently been resolved, but the resolution hasn't yet shipped as it's still going through QA. We expect it to ship within the next two weeks or so. If you are not able to get the download-as file names changed to omit the commas, you'll need to wait until the fix ships, OR download using one of the clients (R or Python clients) since this issue only impacts web browsers.
