Does prediction data set have to include all patients in test data?

Our team tried to submit the first prediction data set for scoring and I got an error message when I hit the button of 'Validate file format' I got an error message specifying we did not include all patients in our submission. The reason we have the subset of the test data is that we following analytics question focusing on '1st line NSCLC Squamous patients'. We eliminate those patients of other type of NSCLC and with prior chemo or unknown history of prior chemo. Our question is: Do we have to submit the predication file with all patients included to be scored? Thanks, Yanyun
