How to download data e.g. syn4164376 from synapse to my own computer

Hi all, I am new to this forum. I would like to download data such as bam file syn4164376 from synapse database to my computer. I spend quite a lot of time reading the doc on this web page, I still can not figure out where is the data and how to get it. thanks. zi

Hi @zihuahu , On that page there should be a blue button that says "Download Options". This will allow you to see the client examples for download using R, Python, or the command line.
