Hi, I am working on the proteomic data (syn17008935) and found only limited numbers of proteins provided. In the documentation file, it is said over 1400 proteins were measured, could someone help figure out the issue here? Much appreciated.

I recommend reaching out to the contact author in the manuscript and ask if it was the intention to release the whole dataset or just the significant proteins, which I suspect was done. There will be a mass spec set of tandem mass tag labeled proteomics hopefully coming up in the November release. There is currently ChIPseq and methylation array data on the cohort. See thee ID key file here, links to data and clinical info: syn3157322
Here's the paper with 10 control, 10 Alzheimer's brains, 1400 proteins. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22559202 PS, Does the ROSMAP have a data that includes large-scale proteomics and methylation from the same subjects?
Can you please let me know where you see the reference to 1400 proteins
