I am a certified synapse user and I need to validate my profile. The documents in the file tell me to send some templates, notary and photo id(medical license). I don't have the medical license as I am a developer not a medical professional. Is there any other way to validate my profile to get access for data? What kind of photo id can i use if not medical license,

Thank you for your question. You can provide a driver's license, state-issued identification card, or passport. You can also have your employer complete the following letter template of identity verification: https://docs.synapse.org/assets/other/signing_official_template.html. Please make sure the letter is on company letterhead with a signature.
