Is it possible to use the API to search for all variants for a specific disease and site and get back a list of variants, counts, treatment/prognosis?

The Synapse API does not provide a mechanism for searching inside the contents of files uploaded. In some cases, users and groups have developed tables and other structured data to provide that kind of information. Asking on a discussion forum within a specific community might point you to a more complete answer!
