Accidentally "updated" a project, now there are no files in the project. How do I restore all the files in a project?

It sounds like you may have deleted your files.
If you scroll to the bottom of your browser, you may select a green "Website alpha test mode" button to switch modes and gain access to your trash can. In alpha mode, go to your user profile in the top right and you will see a "Trash can" option in your user menu. From there you can batch select files to restore.
Be sure to turn Alpha off by scrolling to the red alert bar at the bottom of your browser after you have restored your files!
