Hello, 1. You should be able to digitally initial the Oath boxes using Adobe Reader or another free PDF viewing program. Typically the Oath must be printed and signed by hand, but we understand that with the current COVID situation that may not be possible and we are accepting digital forms. 2. If you are using the template for the Signing Official, the letterhead should be the official version from your institution or company.
