How do I make my folder available for public download?

For publication my folder files must be freely accessible for download. How do I set that permission? I get an error message that 'read-only' is required at both the project and folder level when I try to set the web viewer category to 'download'.

I'm sorry, but Synapse does not offer the feature today. Users must log in to download files.
