I have have fulfilled all the access requirements, but still cannot download data of ROSMAP.

Each of the two files you mention are 5GB, so you will have to download them individually, rather than adding them to a package. Did you mean "Individual files **can** be downloaded" ? The file that I can download is part of the package failed to pack.

Does it fail? If so, what is the Synapse ID ("syn123456") of the file that exhibits the problem? The single file downloads fine.

To help narrow down the source of the problem can you try to download a single file (for the moment, do not try to create a download package) and say whether it works.
