Hi, I downloaded METABRIC expression data, which is normalized microarray data. The dataset is for tumor samples. I am looking for normal breast samples to do differential analysis. I am wondering if there is an expression dataset for normal breast samples in METABRIC. Also, the expression data that is available for the breast tumor samples is normalized. Is the non-normalized expression data available? I found some normal samples on GEO (GSE32124), but it is non-normalized while METABRIC is normalized using ER status as a biological variable and the scan date as adjustment variables. Thank you!
