Is it possible to get the download history of files uploaded to my project?

The Synapse site doesn't show specific download events but it does show cumulative download statistics: Visit your project, then, at upper right click "Project Settings", then select "Show Project Statistics." You will see a bar graph of file upload and download counts per month.
