I am working in Zhejiang University, China. I recently wanted to get access to a dataset and the corresponding repository number is syn22255433 . Since I wanted to utilize a subset of dataset , I queried the Synapse ID(syn22255433) but failed with error meaasge "You are not authorized to access the page requested. ". Theoretically, I am a certified user. If I cannot download, does it imply this repository has extra limitations? By the way, since this repository is a mixture of data from human and mouse, does each repository containing human data need approval from NRGR Data Access Committee (DAC)?
