Hi! I am in search of this data syn7596712 for research.I notice this file is open access but can't be downloaded. I wonder if it is not stored on Synapse storage?and I have access to TCGA data through dbGAP authorization how can i get authorization to download this dataset? Thank you!

Hi: It has been a while since I last tried to access the file. It looks like the file is stored at the the icgc. Specifically (based on the information stored in Synapse) it is available at: https://dcc.icgc.org/api/v1/download?fn=/PCAWG/consensus_sv/final_consensus_sv_bedpe_passonly.icgc.public.tgz
