API endpoints for Synapse command line client

In order to make the command line client running on our side we need to exempt all needed endpoint URLs from internal SSL inspection. Could you please tell us all URLs that need to be exempted? It seems like `auth-prod.prod.sagebase.org` and `repo-prod.prod.sagebase.org` are necessary - is this all?
