Two missing samples in the biochronicity datasets?

Hi, Either I'm not seeing something, or there are two missing samples in the count and expression files for biochronicity with respect to the clinical file: DU15_01S10064 and DU15_01S10057. Is this normal?

Sorry for the confusion. These samples were removed for QC purposes, but not removed from the clinical file.
