I observed that there are multiple genes that map to the same affymetrix gene. For example these two genes have different expression values in RespiratoryViralChallenge_IndependentTest_Biochronicity_Time0_EXPRESSION_VST.tsv:   NM_000016,ACADM NM_001127328,ACADM   but they both map to "202502_at". Which value should we take for "202502_at" since we trained our prediction models on the HG-U133A_2.na35 genes. I am thinking that this could be the reason for getting unreliable predictions for Biochronicity.

Zafer- There is no single or "correct" way to map between RNA-seq and expression arrays, so this is not a question I can answer for you. Each participant is responsible for making his/her own decision on how to do this. Solly
