I've uploaded a new version of the RespiratoryViralChallenge\_IndependentTest\_RSV\_Time24\_CLINICAL.tsv in syn8000142 as well as a new corresponding version of RespiratoryViralChallenge\_IndependentTest\_RSV\_Time24\_EXPRESSION\_CEL.tar.gz in syn8000140. RespiratoryViralChallenge\_IndependentTest\_RSV\_Time24\_EXPRESSION\_RMA.tsv should be unaffected, but please let me know if you have any problems with matching samples to this file. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'll correct these data and re-upload. In RespiratoryViralChallenge_IndependentTest_RSV_Time24_CLINICAL.tsv, all values of TIMEHOURS are 0. Is this file correct?
