Is the 0th hour time point considered to be post-inoculation or pre-inoculation of the virus.

Just a small follow up question, are we expected to see a drastic change in the gene expression level from let's say -36 to 0th hour. The subject is not exposed to any viral infection yet. A small answer related to biology would be helpful. Hour 0 is pre-exposure. There were no inoculations in these studies.
