Hi, As I look at the data I noticed that there is no change in LOGSYMPTSCORE_SC3, SYMPTOMATIC_SC2, and SHEDDING_SC1 I would think that some of these values would change as the virus progresses, am I misunderstanding something?

Chirag- The outcome variables are not longitudinal measurements. You are asked to predict whether an individual ever sheds virus or exhibits symptoms following exposure, as well as their maximum log-symptom score following exposure, so those are not time-dependent outcomes.
