Is use of external data is allowed? There seem to be plenty of reletaed sizable gene expression data sets http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gds/?term=(H1N1+OR+h3n2+OR+Rhinovirus+OR+rsv)+AND+(blood+OR+mononuclear++OR+PBMC)+AND+((%22100%22%5Bn_samples%5D+%3A+%2210000%22%5Bn_samples%5D)) Vlad

insilicodb.com seems to have a big collection of normalized array expression data. There are the Bioconductor packages(inSilicoDb,inSilicoMerging) for retrieving and merging array experiments. I didn't try it , but look promising
I provided a link to a tool above which has provided a large amount of immunological data and allows the ability to perform analyses. GEO also provides the ability to perform analyses, and for many data sets, there are normalized data available for download.
Hi! I am not able to process the expression data right now, so it would be much appreciate if some one could provide link to download external normalized data!
Absolutely! We encourage you to use external data. For example, the Tsang lab at NIAID has created a nice tool to curate immunological gene expression experiments from GEO (https://omicc.niaid.nih.gov/). It might be a good place start looking for ancillary data. Best of luck!
