Hi, I noticed that the test data will be provided with all information in clinical data file, except response variables. So can we use gender and age as predictors? Thanks.

You may use any variables you have at your disposal. You will not be provided with the response variables or the granular symptom data, so it would not be a good idea to use those as predictors in your model.
