Hi,
In the Clinical Data description wiki, you mentioned that the values of SHAM column as:
"=1 if patient received sham exposure, =0 if patient received viral exposure, or NA for cohorts other than Rhinovirus Duke"
When I imported clinical data in R, the SHAM values were "sham" or "NA" only.
Is this correct, or is there a mistake in the way I am importing or reading the data?
