It has come to our attention that the data contributors have made available all code used for a selection of publications using the Challenge data: http://people.ee.duke.edu/~lcarin/reproduce.html. Please note that the normalization used for these analyses differs from the version provided for the purposes of this Challenge. Challenge organizers are not responsible for the content, but we did receive the following description which may be be useful: "All the code is written in Matlab, data is already preprocessed and stores as Matlab objects. All Matlab objects have cel file names and labels are -1/1 codes representing asymptomatic and symptomatic, respectively."
