Whole Blood or Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells

Hello! The methods say that gene expression was taken from either peripheral whole blood or from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). I was wondering if you could tell us which of the studies were whole blood and which were PBMCs? Thanks, Erika
