Hi! I'm an undergraduate university student interested in working with these datasets for a final project for a deep learning class. Is there any way I could get access to the datasets? I would be sure to take the proper acknowledgements in my findings. Any advice on where I might find the data and who I could contact would be much appreciated!

That's a good question for the person listed as the GEO submission contact. With just a quick look, I see the symptom/shedding data at minimum, but I did not prepare these data, nor am I authorized to redistribute any data. @sieberts The manuscript and supplementary materials talk about data for clinical symptom, viral shedding, and demographic information (e. g., age, gender). Are those also in GEO GSE73072? I pulled down a portion of the data but it wasn't evident to me if it was present. No problem. You may also be interested in the challenge manuscript:
