This is new, but more and more labs are acknowledging the power of computational experiments. The biggest scientific carrot is to make a breakthrough and discovery. A second carrot is the potential for a high-profile publication. As usually done with DREAM Challenges, we will work closely with journal editors. From recent editorials, this type of idea is appealing to high profile journals, and we will use LOIs to approach editors.
