As is often the case with DREAM challenges, we are learning as we go. We are hoping to be able to give a better answer to that question once we have seen the LOIs and started approaching potential funders. But at this stage, we do not want researches to self-censor on the basis that their project is too costly: we do not want to miss the opportunity to solve a very exciting question.
