Necessary font, margins, for the 1-page LOI?

What are the minimum font size and top/bottom and side margins for the 1-page LOI? I presume we can not just use an arbitrarily small font and liberal margins to fit everything...

10pt font minimum. 1.8cm margins (all around). We are not going to throw away a perfectly good idea if somebody doesn't follow the format, but please be reasonable.
