Created by Nathan Boley nboley Yeah, we should use User ID. I'm so sorry that I don't know this and resubmitted my files.
Yichao Many thanks Tianlei
I have found my submissions just at the end on this list by searching my user_id.
They chronologically correspond to my last 14 submissions.
Nathan
By knowing the ID in your list, for example interval from 7341827 to 7341842, can I somehow get back IDs of my files to be 100% sure that the proper files are scored?
thanks stanley. but how can it get memory overflow.
that means something is in parallel while it shouldn't
then would the intermediate evaluation file write to the same tmp file? or different teams write to same space?
**i am going to resubmit the same files like 3 times today**. if the organizers see a difference in values, then there is a problem Hi, I couldn't find some of my recent submissions in the list too. I just resubmitted the missing ones.
To be sure that they have arrive now,
@nboley, would it be possible to post an update of this list with newly arrived submissions in a few hours?
Thank you very much! @unfashionable @pdeford @n.ramil @redshift , for the ID, I believe here Nathan provided the **USER ID** at the end of each line, instead of the IDs for each file entity (start with "syn"). You can find your USER ID at your own home page, the URL is in the format "https://www.synapse.org/#!Profile: [your user ID]"
@gyuanfan For the validated/invalid submission, I think the organizer mentioned that they took only the latest submission, so each new submission will replace the old result; Based on some of the "invalid submission" message I noticed the error message implied memory overflow.. so on a full-load scoring machine I guess whether a submitted file is invalid or not could be random: you don't know which will be processed without this random memory issue.
That's just my guess. I simply re-submitted the files that the latest submission is marked "INVALID". Hopefully this helps. We have submitted (first on Friday, then resubmitted today) syn7327518 syn7327464 syn7327574 syn7327523 syn7327539 syn7327533 syn7337742 syn7339080 syn7337747 syn7327562 syn7327382 syn7337750 syn7337757 syn7337755 for the final round. Team members got emails for each saying: "Dezso Ribli (riblidezso) has created a submission to ENCODE-DREAM in vivo Transcription Factor Binding Site Prediction Challenge on behalf of EotvosUniv." but none of these IDs are on Nathan's list, or on the Final validated list. wait, ONLY ME thinks that a previous valid file become invalid, or a previous invalid file becomes valid is weird? (both cases are way after the disk ful problem)
the first case invalid (through programmatic submission)-->and the valid (hand submission, click on the exact file in the dir).
the second case both programmatic submissions.
that means the one of following errors:
1. either hand submission or programmatic submission didn't function properly/cannot update predictions.
2. the validation (most likely the same scoring) code is not stable and reports different things every time. Dear Nathan
I am using Synapse web interface to submit the files to the challenge score boards.
As I understand the Synapse ID that I have for my file is no the same Synapse ID that has my submission to the challenge.
I do not see any my Synapse ID in your list((( Thanks @nboley. But what is the reason that we can't find our files? Is there a chance that the system just lost some of the submissions?
Yichao
If you don't see your submission in this list then resubmit.
If your submission is labelled as valid there is no need to resubmit. I can't find my files.

F.TAF1.liver.tab.gz|syn7339277 I likewise do not see my submission IDs listed. Should I resubmit?
syn7339605, syn7339607, syn7339609, syn7339611, syn7339613, syn7339616, syn7339618, syn7339620, syn7339622, syn7339624 i don't understand,
why the nth time i submitted : 7337375 2016-10-01T08:12:51.937Z INVALID F.ATF2.HepG2.tab.gz 3319559
and then I resubmitted the EXACT same file again, it becomes validated
7339628 2016-10-02T18:31:34.882Z VALIDATED F.ATF2.HepG2.tab.gz 3319559
and for another one, why the first time I submitted:
7318972 2016-09-29T10:44:42.017Z VALIDATED F.FOXA2.liver.tab.gz 3319559
and the second time i submitted EXACT same file, it becomes invalid?
7337389 2016-10-01T08:13:43.593Z INVALID F.FOXA2.liver.tab.gz 3319559
i think i am going to resubmit everything again. but isn't this weird, if the same file can sometimes be valid, some times invalid. (both dates are after i assume after all things are fixed)
it makes me think the whole system is so fragile. I do not see my team's synapse ID submission among the list in the previous post. I submitted late last night, here is the synapse ID: syn7330233
I want to avoid resubmitting if the data is there, so please let me know if I should resubmit.
