Dear teams with final submissions to the conference round, we would like to apologize again for the issues during the final submission phase. Anyhow, more that 30 teams did final submissions and we are very happy about the great participation, THANK YOU!! To enable us to assess your submissions we have two requests. First, we need a **brief summary** or abstract of the approach you used to make predictions, say, up to one page. Please see below for some of the details that we would like to learn from this summary. Second, we require that you give the organizers **access to a repository** with the source code as well as build and run instructions. Please refer to the wiki, section ?3.4 - Submitting Models? for details. We need your summary and repository (till Friday, 14th) before we can notify you of your scores and ranking. Please note that you dont need to make description or code public at this point, please provide access to your repository and send the summary to robert.kueffner@bio.ifi.lmu.de and tim.jeske@helmholtz-muenchen.de Thanks again for making this happen! Kind Regards, ENCODE-DREAM Challenge Organizers. What was the main approach used and the motivation behind it? Brief description of the model used. What is special about your method, what are the benefits of your tool over other methods, perhaps special data filtering, statistical tests? A short summary of insights gained during the challenge, for instance highlighting where your algorithm performed particularly well. You are also welcome to mention aspects that you liked about the challenge or to suggest improvements, your experience or strategy to utilize the leaderboards etc.

Dear willsong819, sending me a zip archive would be perfect. You could also give me access to a non-public github repository. Whatever is most convenient for you and is most suitable given the size of the repository. A link to a drive where you put your source codes would be fine too. Cheers, Robert
Dear organizers, Could you explain more about the form of the "access to a repository"? Should this be a zipped file to be sent via the two email addresses? Or a link to a drive where we put our source codes? Or maybe something else? Thanks
