I noticed the figure describing chromatin accessibility uses the "single-cut" figure from the Crawford group, but the data description clearly says the DNase I data is from the "double cut" procedure of the Stamatoyannopoulos lab. Can you consider changing it? I know this seems a bit pedantic, but I have been chewed out in presentations for making this same mistake, and both I and my fellow PhD students have failed some pretty important exams for presenting this kind of information.
