I was visualizing the liver's DNase-seq data and I have a few concerns. It seems to have an unusually low signal-to-noise ratio. A lot of the reads fall outside of the peaks, especially compared to the other datasets. Do we have a SPOT (signal portion in tags) score on these data?

Yes. The liver DNASE data has lower quality than the cell line data but very much usable. This is expected given that it's a primary tissue. This is something methods need to account for.
