Hi organizers and contributors, We are working on a model which depends on tools developed by other researchers and published in the literature. We could not see any conflict with the DREAM rules and using other tools as dependencies. Still, we would like to know if this approach is appropriate and would appreciate it if you let us know. Hi Aysegul, You are welcome to use outside models and methods, the challenge is limited to the data provided in the challenge, so as long as the other methods are not pulling from outside data sources, you are within the rules of the challenge. In the end, we will ask that you submit a write-up so that the methods you use will become public. As long as you fully and accurately describe your approach, you can explore any methodology you like. Cheers, Jim
