I wrote up my wiki and now I'm working on making my github repository look pretty, but I noticed there hasn't been any instructions on actually submitting the write-up. Can I assume there has been an extension on the deadline?
Also, I want to include some sample data on my github, which includes some pre-processed DNase bigWig files, but I wasn't sure if I was allowed to do this.
