My write-up and code are publicly available on my project wiki [here](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn7821753/wiki/410643). Is there any other specific writeup submission form, or is leaving it up here fine?

Thanks, good to know. I actually I noticed that by reading the above cited wikis. :) In terms of the method itself, I was very inspired by [this](https://arxiv.org/pdf/1411.4389v3.pdf) work when I first started working on that paper.
I also used a LSTM + CNN architecture, which I first published nearly a year ago as shown [here](https://academic.oup.com/nar/article/44/11/e107/2468300/DanQ-a-hybrid-convolutional-and-recurrent-deep).
And here is the link to our method: [Here](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn7993807/wiki/412095). We did poorly in this contest mainly because we did not have enough resources to train our models and we joined late and we only used the sequence. However, as we showed [here](http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/7822515/) we were the first to use the LSTM + CNN architecture for prediction of transcription binding sites using high-throughput assays. Thanks
My write up and code can be found on the wiki here: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn7118431/wiki/411890
This is fine. Cc-ing @KROBERT so he can track it.
