Is there any update about the main flagship paper being submitted in a journal? I am unable to find the original paper on bioRxiv.

There is no restriction on submitting your F1000Research paper. You should feel free to submit. We apologize for the delay, but we are very close to having a draft for submission to bioRxiv. We will be notififying community members once we are ready to submit to ensure all authors have been included.
