Dear all ENCODE-DREAM participants,   The organizers will be hosting a live and open webinar on July 22, 2016 at 8am Pacific time (11am Eastern Standard Time) to kick off the Ladderboard round. We will cover the motivation for the Challenge, the data, the scoring, the incentives, the Ladderboard, and a brief tutorial on how to make submissions on Synapse. We will conclude with an open question session. You are welcome to ask questions at that time or you can send your questions directly to me (james.costello@ucdenver.edu) before the webinar. We will collect questions, answer them on the webinar, and then post written answers latter that day. Additionally, the webinar itself will be recorded and posted as a Challenge Resource.   The completion of the webinar will signal the opening of the Ladderboards.   Please mark July 22, 2016, 8am Pacific on your calendars.
