Is liver a true blind cell type for ATF3?

Just asking as it is not in bold in the table. If it is not a true blind cell type, where is the released ENCODE data?

No. Liver is not a true blind cell type for ATF3 since the data has already been released. Its at the ENCODE portal. But please note that you cannot use data beyond what is provided in Synapse (except for sequence features) even if its the same TF and same cell type. Thanks, Anshul
