Dear ENCODE-DREAM Challenge Participants,   Thanks to all those that attended the webinar today. The webinar ended prematurely, but we do think everything was fully covered. We have made the [recorded webinar](syn7072725) and [webinar powerpoint](syn7072760) available and we have compiled a list of questions and answers below.   **DREAM10 Webinar Questions - 7/22/16**   Q: May I ask whether evolutionary conservation score could be used for learning motifs from training data? A: Yes, these may be used.   Q: Are these slides going to be posted on the website? A: Yes, they will be posted on Synapse under Challenge Resources (https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn6112319).   Q: We have held-out cell lines and held-out chromosome. Just to avoid any confusion with regard to the final evaluation, data of both held-out cell lines and held-out chromosomes at the same time will be used to judge the final performance, right? i.e. they will not be used separately? A: Please see slide 8 from the ENCODE-DREAM webinar presentation and Section 2.1 of the Challenge page (https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn6131484/wiki/402032).   Q: How many submissions are possible in the leaderboard round? A: Teams will be limited to 10 submissions per TF-celltype combination in the Leaderboard.   Q: For submission of final code, some data preprocessing takes considerable amount of time (e.g. feature extraction and mapping phase). Would it be fine to submit these files instead of all scripts as one running program? A: For validation, we must be able to recreate your submissions, so you must supply all the code needed to produce the final submission   Q: Will baseline model be provided? A:We will provide the prediction performance of the baseline model for each of the challenge rounds. We don?t plan to provide the code at this time. We will provide baseline model code after the challenge.   Q: Can we invite someone not registered on Synapse (prompting them to register and join the team)? A: Yes, you will need to point people to synpase (https://www.synapse.org/). They can register for free and once they have a username, you can invite that user to join your team.   Q: Can anyone be part of multiple teams? A: You cannot be on more than one team at a time, and we will track submissions through Synpase. This is to avoid someone joining a team, making 10 submissions, and then dissolving the team to create a new one and submit 10 more times. If there are concerns about moving/forming/disbanding teams, please contact the challenge organizers directly.    Q: Can we form different teams for different challenges? A: Yes, you can be involved with different challenges on different teams. You must only be on one team for any specific challenge.   Q: Does it matter how you make your prediction public or can you use any method (e.g. github)? A: You can make your code public in any manner you wish, as long as it is accessible through the internet and open-access. We encourage you to use Synapse, but Github or Bitbucket are other viable options. We ask that you not post code to personal websites because we would like to make sure the repository is reliable and will be maintained into the future.

Is there any recorded video of the webinar? It was mid night in my country so I couldn't watch the webinar.
