Can i use a r package HMM? It would be different if i manage to implement myself this algorithm in R?
What is this baseline? sorry i didn' t get it.
Created by RPS PS maximus so, if the baseline is a model i have to compare before submitting, it can be done in R?
Or should I learn python and all stuffs related just to have this baseline?

Hi Maximus,
The only restrictions are on the use of data from outside the data supplied in the challenge as detailed in the [challenge rules](https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn6131484/wiki/402038). You are allowed to use any outside method, package, etc for your method with the expectation that for the final submission you detail your method in a write-up and supply your code.
