Could someone help me out with a consensus motif for these transcription factors? I've looked across all the databases suggested by the organisers but it's not clear to me what the most appropriate motifs would be.
Created by Alex Essebier aesseb Both are not sequence-specific binding factors. They are recruited by other TFs. So I would suggest either learning the motifs from the sequences underlying the training peaks using a motif discovery tool or using known motifs that are enriched in the training peaks.
