Hi, the webinar video said that chrX and chrM are not used in the challenge. but the provided annotation files all seem to contain regions on chrX, but not chrM or Y. Can you confirm what chromosomes are excluded? Thanks

That was a typo in the slides of the webinar. That was corrected. chrY and chrM are excluded. chrX is used.
