What is the deadline for the method write up and code delivery? Do they need to be handed in before the final submission deadline?

Hi Shaun, We will provide a follow-up email after Jan 11, but simply use the project that you created for the submission and add the write-up in the Wiki part of the page, that way you associate your submission with the write-up. You can copy the write-up template supplied here: https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn6131484/wiki/402047   There are examples of previous method write-ups at the bottom of the template page.   You can upload additional files and code under the Files tab (or link through GitHub etc.) Cheers, Jim
Just bumping this up to get clarification on when/how the method write-up and code should be submitted after the Jan 11th final deadline. In James' email, he said "Teams included in the Community must have set up a Synapse page that includes their code (can be linked through GitHub, etc) and a method write-up". How do we set up this Synapse page? Will the organizers give instructions again after Jan 11th?
I am a little confused about the method write up. In the timeline it says that this is due on January 7th, not October 14th. So what date is it?
Hi Ivan, We will ask that teams write up their method and keep it private. Robert and Anshul will be contacting teams after October 14 to verify the write-up. The top two teams that are invited to the DREAM conference will have to make their method public, but we will work with the top two teams on this. Cheers, Jim

Any updates, I would like to know how much time there is left to do experiments or if I should start writing the write-up.
Hi Stackd, in principle the deadline is the final submission. However, we will ask you to hand in a version of the writeup and your code a few weeks before, so that we can do some checks before the final submission deadline, to ensure we will be able to do all our assessment and notify you about your results on time (mid October).
