Hi Bruce, Thanks for the information. So my error is : The submitted filename (L.SPI1.K562.tab(5).gz) does not match expected naming pattern '[0-9\.]*([LFB])\.(.+?)\.(.+?).tab.gz$' So I guess it is caused by "(5)"? Should I resubmit my file? Thanks, Yichao

Hi Bruce, No, problem is not resolved. 7201895 is my first submission. I made a second submission on Monday. So I should see two scores of my team. But right now it only has one score in SPI1. For E2F6, EGR1, REST and TCF12, it displays two scores for my team (Bobcat Bioinformaticians). Thanks, Yichao

For the same leaderboard I got a very weird error yesterday, as below: ``` submission name: L.SPI1.K562.tab.gz submission ID: 7243143 The submitted filename (L.SPI1.K562.tab(7).gz) does not match expected naming pattern '[0-9\.]*([LFB])\.(.+?)\.(.+?).tab.gz$' ``` There is nothing wrong with the filename that I supplied ("submission name") as far as I can tell, but there is clearly something wrong with the filename in the last line. However, the problem seems fixed, since a submission went through today?

Hi Yichao: As you know, to submit a file to the challenge you first upload the file into Synapse (where it gets a Synapse ID, 'synxxxxx') and then you submit it to a selected challenge submission queue. Is the problem during the first step or the second? If the second, then can you tell me the Synapse ID of the uploaded file from the first step? Thank you, Bruce Hoff Synapse Administration
