i can upload any file, but not the submission file.

i can star upload any file, of any size. But not the submission file, after 2 wrongs uploads. Is there a time to wait until upload the submission file again? (is there a filter?)

Maximus: Can you please give a little more context: When you say you can't 'upload a submission file', are you talking about uploading a file to Synapse (when you click 'Upload or Link to File') or when you **submit* an uploaded file (when you click on a file and then click "Submit to Challenge")? Can you give some more detail as to how to create the symptom of the problem? Thank you.
