**Edit:** Our leaderboard submissions now appear in the list, again. Maybe, it was just a temporary problem. So you can ignore most of the things below. Still, it would be great if leaderboard ranking would work again, some time. ----- Our last round of leaderboard submissions, e.g., 7320419 (ZNF143), 7320416 (TCF7L2), 7320409 (SPI1), 7320385 (CTCF, GM12878), 7320368 (ARID3A) are not displayed in the leaderboard anymore. These got scored on Thursday (Pacific Time) already and appeared in the leaderboard lists, before. However, they only got scored, never ranked. For most of these submissions, it might be that they are identical to previous submissions, because we wanted to have a consistent ranking in the leaderboard for our final choice of submissions to the final queue. What concerns me most is that submissions that previously appeared in the system, eventually disappeared afterwards. So, could you please confirm that all our (J-Team) final submissions for all TFs and cell types of the final (conference) round are still there and validated? The IDs are 7307504 (ATF2), 7307773 (CTCF, induced_pluripotent_stem_cell), 7309825 (CTCF, PC-3), 7312470 (E2F1), 7312474 (EGR1), 7312480 (FOXA1), 7312486 (FOXA2), 7312492 (GABPA), 7312495 (HNF4A), 7312501 (JUND), 7312506 (MAX), 7312514 (NANOG), 7315465 (REST), 7315470 (TAF1). Besides, it would also be great if you could manage to make our leaderboard submissions (see above) to appear again in the leaderboard lists (and, maybe, if they even got ranked). Best, Jan

Leaderboard ranking is extremely intensive since it needs to compare all submissions and these are constantly changing. We can only run this once a day at the end of the day and considering the massive submission load I doubt we can update the rankings. I will check with Nathan and see if we can provide one at the end of today. -Anshul.
